Mevatlin Issur LeChatChila PMg SifDaAs 109:13
Unless the Issur is known and identified one may get rid of it or mix it so that it cannot be traced.
The kishkas of many birds may therefore in the first instance, be separated from the birds and combined so that they are no longer traceable to the bird they came from. In spite of being fairly sure that there will be discovery of blemishes in the kishkas, only the identified organ is disqualified. All the birds are kosher.
His solution to the problem of the birds being a ChaTiCha HaReUYa LeHisKaBed which are not Battel, is to remove the kishkas from the feathered birds which is before they become a ChaTiCha HaReUYa
