Sedra VaYechi, 120 Words. Why does Joseph Cry?

Joseph has done his utmost over 17 years since they have been reunited, to prove that he holds no grudge against his brothers – but they still suspect him of planning to seek retribution.

Now that Jacob is buried they suspect that Joseph feels unrestricted and the only solution they see is to lie [your father instructed that you (Joseph) should bear the sins of your brothers] and submit themselves to his power. But submitting themselves to his power is not admitting their mistake. They still believe they did nothing wrong. And they still believe that they are unable to persuade Joseph of their correctness. And they believe that Joseph is vindictive.

Is that not enough to make Joseph weep?
